The TM9K LPT is meant for use outside and in low temperature areas. This flashlight is able to shoot beams out to 280 meters with the press of the big Mode button which controls Turbo access and output switching. This 9800 lumen beam is powered by a built-in 21700 4200mAh battery which you can charge through the head.
