Fenix HL50 - 365 lumens - CREE XM-L2 T6 LED - CR123A x1 or AA x1
Fenix has come through once again with the HL50. You can slide the band onto your head and have it act as a headlamp easy enough. However, unscrew the tailcap as if you're going to change out the battery, and you can take the HL50 off the headband to use it as a 90 degree flashlight in hand. Small, easy to use and hold, and light, the HL50 is a marvelous little flashlight.
Running on either one CR123A or AA battery, Fenix's HL50 can shoot a beam from the XM-L2 T6 LED up to 365 lumens, but that is just Burst mode. High is 170 lumens for 3 hours, more than enough time to get wherever you want to go. The beam goes out to 77 meters, not a distance to be sniffed at.
