XTAR's VC4 is a USB-powered four-channel charger with an LCD screen. The VC4 can charge up to 1A for two channels or 0.5A for four channels, while the actual current depends on slots used and available USB power. It supports both NiMH and Li-ion cells. The VC4 is constructed from ABS plastic, with the single button controlling the backlight and what slots are being displayed on the screen.

Not all of the following battery list are sold on Best Light, but it is the full charging range available to VC4 users.
